Edgar Venâncio was born a hairstylist. He grew immersed in scissors and combs being the mascot of a hair salon. Trying to avoid the evidence he went to art school to become an art manager. Eventually the calling got louder and Edgar finally changes his career path to become a fashion hairstylist in 2012.
Winner of the Portuguese stage of The Style Masters Awards in 2014 and acknowledged as one of the best hairstylists in Portugal he’s a regular presence at Lisbon Fashion Week and Portugal Fashion Week, as well as international publications such as Harpers Bazaar, L’Oficciel, Vogue, GQ, Elle, Wam, Schon, Contributor, among others. He has under his belt of clients brands as DeBeers, Coach, Farfetch, Asos, Lion of Porches, Sacoor, Universal Music, among others.
